INFORMATION ON ADMISSION TO REGULAR UNIVERSITY PROGRAMS IN 2025

II. Admission methods:

1. Method 1: Admission based on the results of the 2025 High School Graduation Examination and the results of the 2025 aptitude tests (for majors/specializations that require aptitude tests).

- Candidates register their admission preferences on the Ministry of Education and Training's General Admissions Support System (the System) from July 16th to 5:00 PM on July 28th, 2025. 

- Candidates using international foreign language certificates to replace English/French scores in the admission combination must register online via the Electronic Information Portal: https://qdcc.huce.edu.vn from May 15th to 12:00 PM on July 28th, 2025.

- Candidates using aptitude test results from other higher education institutions must submit their results to Hanoi University of Civil Engineering before 5:00 PM on July 27, 2025. (They can submit directly at the university or via express mail).

2. Method 2: Considering high school academic results (transcript) ( applicable to both candidates graduating from high school in 2025 and candidates who graduated from high school before 2025).

Candidates register online on 2 systems:

 - Step 1: Register on the University's system at https://xthb.huce.edu.vn from May 15, 2025 to 24:00 on June 20, 2025.  

- Step 2: Register your application for admission online on the Ministry of Education and Training's system  from July 16th to 5:00 PM on July 28th, 2025.

3. Method 3: Considering the results of exams organized by other higher education institutions (TSA, SPT, V-SAT):
- For candidates applying based on TSA and SPT exam results, register your nguyện vọng (preference) online on the Ministry of Education and Training's general admissions support system  from July 16th to 5:00 PM on July 28th, 2025. -
For  candidates applying based on V-SAT exam results:
+ Step 1: Register on the University's system at https://V-SAT.huce.edu.vn from June 20th to 12:00 AM on June 30th, 2025.
+ Step 2: Register on the Ministry of Education and Training's system from July 16th to 5:00 PM on July 28th, 2025.
4. Method 4: Consideration using international competency assessment certificates.
   Candidates register according to the following steps:
Step 1: Fill in the application form according to the template: download HERE.
Step 2: Complete the application according to the regulations in the attached Admission Information file below.
Step 3: Submit the application directly at the School (during office hours) or send it by express mail from May 15, 2025 to 17:00 on June 30, 2025.

5. Method 5: Direct Admission and Priority Admission
5.1. Direct Admission
- Step 1: Submit application directly at the School (during office hours) or send via express mail from May 30th to 5:00 PM on June 30th, 2025.

- Step 2: Register online on  the Ministry of Education and Training's system from July 16th to 5:00 PM on July 28th, 2025.
5.2 . Priority admission:
Target group: Candidates with outstanding achievements or candidates who are students of specialized programs (3 years of grades 10, 11, and 12 ) of national specialized high schools and national key high schools .
- Step 1: Register on the University's system : https://utxt.huce.edu.vn From May 15, 2025 to 24:00 on June 20, 2025.
- Step 2: Register your application online on the  Ministry of Education and Training's system  from July 16 to 17:00 on July 28, 2025.
III. Registration Fee:
1. Registration on the University's electronic portal: 
50,000 VND/1 application/1 registration method. Candidates should submit their applications via bank transfer to the following account:
- Account holder name: Hanoi University of Civil Engineering
- Account number: 111000094184 at Vietinbank, Hai Ba Trung branch
- Transfer content:
Candidates must clearly state the transfer content using the following format: <Candidate's full name> <Citizen ID number (or Passport number)> <LP> <Abbreviation of registration method> <2025>

2. Registration on the Ministry of Education and Training's System: 
Candidates pay the fee according to the regulations and instructions of the Ministry of Education and Training.
Note:
- The information registered by candidates on the School's electronic portals is used as data for admission consideration, conversion of foreign language certificate scores, and consideration of priority points . The School's admission process is carried out according to the Plan of the Ministry of Education and Training.
- Independent candidates (who graduated from high school or vocational school before 2025) who do not yet have an account for admission registration on the System need to complete the application process for an account with the Departments of Education and Training (from July 10th to July 20th, 2025) in order to register their admission preferences on the System;
