PhD Student Le Viet Hung Institutional Dissertation Defense
On December 2nd, 2012, PhD candidate Le Viet Hung, a former student of the 41st cohort of the Faculty of Materials, defended his doctoral dissertation at the institutional level.
His dissertation was titled "Research on the fabrication of lightweight, high-strength concrete using hollow microspheres from fly ash cenospheres."
He was supervised by two faculty members:
Supervisor 1 - Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Tuan (Lecturer in the Department of Building Materials)
and Supervisor 2 - Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Trung Thanh (Visiting Lecturer in the Department of Building Materials, Director of the Institute of Building Materials).
The defense was attended by numerous experts from within and outside the University. The defense was a great success, and we wish PhD candidate Le Viet Hung early completion of his dissertation and administrative procedures for his final university-level defense.
