6 PARTY MEMBERS AWARDED MERIT CERTIFICATES IN 2022
On February 15, 2023, the Party Committee of Hanoi University of Civil Engineering (HUCE) held a conference to summarize Party building work in 2022 and implement tasks for 2023.
Attending the ceremony, on behalf of the Party Committee of the Hanoi University and College Bloc were Comrade Nguyen Thanh Son - Member of the Hanoi City Party Committee, Secretary of the Bloc's Party Committee, and Comrade Nguyen Duc Hien - Chief of the Bloc's Party Committee Office. On behalf of HUCE were Comrade Pham Duy Hoa - Secretary of the Party Committee, Rector; Comrade Nguyen Dinh Thi - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the University Council; members of the Party Committee Executive Board; leaders of the Trade Union and Youth Union; secretaries, deputy secretaries, and committee members of the Party branches; and Party members who received awards.
Overview of the Conference
Opening the conference, Mr. Pham Duy Hoa - Secretary of the Party Committee and Principal of the school - shared the main advantages and difficulties faced by the school in 2022, as well as the plans and tasks the school must implement in 2023. 2023 is expected to continue to be a challenging year in restoring the school's activities after two years of disruption caused by the Covid-19 pandemic and other objective factors. The comrade expressed hope that all Party members in the Party Committee and faculty and staff of the University would work together to build upon the achievements already made, strive to overcome difficulties, and with the support of the Party Committee of the bloc, believe that the University will overcome challenges and successfully complete its tasks in 2023.
Following the program, the Conference heard Comrade Nguyen Dinh Thi – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the University Council – present a summary report on Party building work in 2022 and the implementation of directions and tasks for 2023.
On behalf of the Party Committee of the bloc, Comrade Nguyen Thanh Son – Member of the Hanoi City Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Bloc of Universities and Colleges in Hanoi – congratulated the achievements of the Party Committee of Hanoi University of Civil Engineering in 2022. The University's Party Committee is one of the few Party Committees that has continuously received the title of "Clean and Strong Party Committee" for many consecutive years and has contributed significantly to the overall success of the Party Committee of the bloc. The comrade also congratulated and acknowledged the contributions of the collectives and individuals awarded certificates of merit at the Conference. He expressed his hope that all Party members in the Party Committee would continue to uphold the revolutionary spirit and qualities of a Party member, making practical contributions to building a clean and strong Party Committee of Hanoi University of Civil Engineering.
At the conference, Comrade Nguyen Ngoc Linh - Standing Committee member of the University Party Committee - announced the Decision on awarding commendations from the Party Committee of the Hanoi University and College Bloc to collectives and individuals belonging to the Party Committee of Hanoi University of Civil Engineering. Among them, six Party members from the Construction Materials Faculty Party Branch were honored with Certificates of Merit for Outstanding Performance in 2022, including comrades: Vu Thi Minh Thanh, Chu Thi Thu Hien, Nguyen Van Tuan, Tong Ton Kien, Nguyen Trong Lam, and Nguyen Nhan Hoa. With the achievements they have made in 2022, it is hoped that these six comrades will continue to strive and contribute to the Party Committee and Party Branch in the coming years.
The Party branch, on behalf of the Party Committee, presented certificates of commendation to the Party members.
