Announcement and Appointment Ceremony for Associate Professor Title 2022
On May 10, 2022 , Hanoi University of Civil Engineering held a ceremony to announce the appointment of five full-time lecturers as Associate Professors in 2022. The Faculty of Building Materials was honored to have two lecturers appointed in this round: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Vinh Long and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Lam .
Attending the announcement and awarding ceremony were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Duy Hoa - Secretary of the Party Committee and Rector of the University, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Dinh Thi - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, members of the Board of Directors, the Chairman of the University Council, and faculty members who are leaders of the University's Trade Union, departments, faculties, and the newly appointed Associate Professors.
Speaking at the ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Duy Hoa highly appreciated the youthfulness of the lecturers appointed as Associate Professors this year . This reflects the development in the quality of lecturers, as well as the correct investment in building the University's staff . At the same time , the University leadership hopes that the new Associate Professors and young lecturers will continue to develop their abilities and experience in their professional work, contributing to teaching, scientific research, and the overall development of the University.

The school leadership presented the appointment decisions to the
newly appointed Associate Professors. On behalf of the newly appointed Associate Professors, Associate Professor Hoang Vinh Long expressed his joy and emotion at the support and trust of the School; and at the same time, thanked the Party Committee, the Board of Directors, the Council of Professors at all levels, and the teachers, colleagues , and students for their care, encouragement, support, and for creating favorable conditions to achieve this result . Professor Long affirmed that being recognized as an Associate Professor is a great honor, a motivation for the new Associate Professors to strive and work harder to contribute to the overall development of the department, faculty, and the School.
