Creativity - Building Materials Students 2022
Following the success of the 2018 competition at the University of Transport and Communications with the theme: "Ready-mix concrete using crushed sand," which involved students from five leading engineering universities in Northern Vietnam: Hanoi University of Civil Engineering, Hanoi University of Architecture, University of Transport and Communications, Water Resources University, and Hanoi University of Mining and Geology, the Creative Competition for Construction Materials Students, held alternately at these universities every two years, could not be held in 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic. In the 2022 academic year, the competition will be held at the Hanoi University of Mining and Geology with the theme: "Non-autoclaved lightweight concrete," with the additional participation of the University of Transport Technology.
To prepare for the first round - the practical part (which is also the preliminary round), 9 teams from the Faculty of Building Materials - Hanoi University of Civil Engineering are actively manufacturing and test-casting their products in the laboratory, drawing lessons learned under the dedicated guidance of their teachers in order to achieve the best possible results in the competition.
