Creativity - Building Materials Students 2016

In 2016, in anticipation of the 60th anniversary of training and the 50th anniversary of the establishment of the University of Civil Engineering, combined with the celebration of Vietnamese Teachers' Day in November 2016, the Faculty of Building Materials organized a series of commemorative activities, including the "Innovation
- Building Materials Students" competition with the theme: Manufacturing lightweight concrete products using Kezamzit aggregate.

With 8 teams from the Faculty and 3 guest teams from Hanoi University of Architecture, Water Resources University, and Transport University, the competition attracted a large number of students from various universities who came to cheer on the teams. The competition was primarily sponsored by Viglacera Corporation. The competition results are as follows:

• First prize: Team "Heavy Concrete"
  - University of Civil Engineering
• Second prize: "Seedling" team
  - University of Civil Engineering
• Second prize: Team “UTC Materials”
  - University of Transport and Communications
• Third prize: Team “Small fire”
  - University of Civil Engineering
• Third prize: Team “SV Thủy”
  - University of Civil Engineering
