Faculty of Building Materials Trade Union Congress Term 2025-2030
On the afternoon of October 24, 2025, at Hall 13.H2, the Trade Union of the Faculty of Building Materials – Hanoi University of Civil Engineering solemnly held its Congress for the 2025–2030 term.
The Congress was honored to welcome Comrade Pham Thai Hoan – Member of the Executive Committee of the University's Trade Union – to attend and provide guidance. 33 out of 34 union members of the Faculty attended the Congress, demonstrating the high sense of responsibility and concern of the members for trade union activities.
Opening the Congress, Comrade Nguyen Nhan Hoa – Chairman of the Faculty of Construction Materials' Trade Union for the 2023-2025 term – delivered the opening speech, emphasizing the important significance of the Congress in summarizing and evaluating the results of trade union activities in the past term, while also outlining directions, objectives, and practical solutions for the new term.

In his address at the Congress, Comrade Pham Thai Hoan – representing the University's Trade Union – commended the achievements of the Faculty's Trade Union in the past period, while also outlining some key areas for trade union activities to become more practical and effective.

The Congress proceeded to elect the Executive Committee of the Departmental Trade Union for the term 2025–2030, consisting of 3 comrades:
1. Nguyen Van Dong, Chairman;
2. Nguyen Van Binh, Member;
3. Tran Le Hong, Member.
The election results showed the high confidence of the union members in the new Executive Committee. The Congress also elected 4 official delegates and 1 alternate delegate to attend the 26th Congress of the School's Trade Union, term 2025–2030.

The Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term was introduced at the Congress.
With the spirit of "Innovation – Democracy – Unity – Development," the Congress of the Construction Materials Department's Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term was successfully concluded. The Congress called on all union members to continue to uphold the tradition of unity, dynamism, and creativity, contributing to the increasingly strong development of the Construction Materials Department, for the common goals of the University and its employees.
