INTRODUCE

Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Lam has been a lecturer in the Department of Building Materials since 2007. He completed his doctoral dissertation at the National Institute of Applied Sciences in Lyon, France in 2015 and was promoted to Associate Professor in 2022. He is currently the Head of the Office of the Hanoi University of Civil Engineering. [

PROJECT - OUTSTANDING TOPIC
  • Participated in the project "Strengthening the Production and Use of Unfired Bricks in Vietnam," funded by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) from 2016 to 2020.
  • Lead project of the key university-level research project "Research on the fabrication of lightweight concrete based on geopolymer binder and polystyrene foam particles" (2017-2018 ).
  • Consulting services for the transfer of technology for the production of non-fired bricks from lime waste and thermal power plant waste, Duong Dong Construction Development Joint Stock Company (Hai Phong), with a capacity of 45 million bricks/year, in 2015.
  • Participated in Project DTB11.4 “Research on the scientific basis for developing design regulations and standards, and establishing survey and maintenance procedures for defense works in DKI and Truong Sa” – Part on quality inspection of concrete in dikes, seawalls, airport concrete pavements, and military housing, 2010.
  • Participated in the "Assessment of Training Needs in Non-fired Bricks " under the project "Strengthening the Production and Use of Non-fired Bricks in Vietnam", March 2016.
