II. Job Description
1. Product and Market Research. Learn about and compare new products, technologies, and solutions worldwide in the construction materials and construction chemicals industry.
2. Analyze trends, competitors, and propose improvements or new product development aligned with the company's direction.
3. Product and Raw Material Development. Seek out new products and material applications in the international market with potential for integration into existing product lines.
4. Search for and evaluate international raw material suppliers, ensuring quality standards and optimizing costs.
5. Other tasks as assigned by the Company Director.
III. Requirements
1. Male, 28-35 years old.
2. Education: Graduate in Silicate Materials.
3. Experience: Over 3 years of experience in the same or similar field.
4. Foreign Language: Proficient in English for work purposes. Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
5. Possesses analytical and supplier management skills.
6. Quick-witted, careful, honest, hardworking, and able to withstand work pressure.
7. Has a sense of responsibility and a clear work perspective or career orientation.
IV. Salary and Benefits
1. Basic salary: 15,000,000 – 25,000,000 VND/month (negotiable based on ability)
Lunch allowance: 25,000 VND
2. Probation period: 1-2 months, probation salary is 85% of the official salary.
3. Fuel and phone allowance: As required by the job.
4. Guaranteed benefits regarding social insurance, health insurance, and holidays according to the Labor Law.
5. 13th month salary bonus, bonuses for holidays and Tet (Lunar New Year) as per company regulations.
6. Participation in team building and annual trips.
