In addition to using the University's shared facilities, the Faculty of Building Materials is equipped by the Board of Directors with its own offices and laboratories, fully equipped with modern equipment to meet the requirements of work and training at all levels, including: 1 Faculty Office, 4 Offices for the academic groups, and 2 Laboratories.
1. FACULTY OFFICE
Located in rooms 313 and 314, Building A1, Hanoi University of Civil Engineering, this office manages all activities of the Faculty of Building Materials.

2. ACADEMIC GROUP OFFICES
The academic groups include the Academic Group of Construction Materials Technology located in room 501, building A1; the Academic Group of Construction Materials located in room 406, building A1; Academic Group of Chemistry located in room 513A1; and Group for Testing and Studying of Construction Materials located on the first floor of the Hanoi University of Civil Engineering's Laboratory building.

3. LABORATORIES
The Chemistry Laboratory, part of the Academic Group of Chemistry, is located in room 601, Laboratory Building - Hanoi University of Civil Engineering. It serves as a place for practical work and experiments in chemistry in general, as well as specialized experiments related to chemistry.

The Laboratory for Testing and Studying of Construction Materials is located on the first floor of the Laboratory Building at Hanoi University of Civil Engineering and on the first floor of Building C3 at Hanoi University of Science and Technology.
