The Faculty of Building Materials has the mission of organizing and implementing activities to train high-quality human resources, conduct applied research, and transfer advanced technologies in the field of materials and industrial production management, in order to meet the needs of society in line with the sustainable development and international integration orientation of the country, contributing to the overall mission of Hanoi University of Civil Engineering.
 

Vision:

By 2035, the Faculty of Building Materials aims to become one of Vietnam's leading training institutions, focusing on applied research in the fields of materials production, utilization, and industrial production management.

The department aims to train graduates with a solid foundation of theoretical and practical knowledge in the properties and technologies of materials production, as well as in industrial production management; meeting the demands of the labor market, possessing innovative capabilities, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to adapt quickly to the international integrated economy.

The faculty is highly qualified, with 100% holding postgraduate degrees, and over 75% holding doctoral degrees. The training program is modern, highly competitive, keeps pace with global development trends, and is accredited by reputable domestic and international organizations.
