In Hanoi, the university has a total area of over 3.9 hectares, including lecture halls (H1 building, H2 building, 4-story building, H3 building, 7-story building + 2 basement floors), a library (4-story building), and a laboratory (10-story building), a sports center (1403 m2), and an auditorium (G3, 900 seats); administrative buildings (A1 building, 6-story building, A2 building, 2-story building), and a student dormitory (8012.22 m2/1000 beds). Currently, the university is investing in the construction of an experimental training facility in the Nam Cao University Urban Area - Phu Ly City - Ha Nam Province, covering an area of over 24 hectares. In 2022, the university put into use a lecture hall building (2 above-ground floors), a dormitory (5095.78 m2/500 beds), a practice field (5024 m2), along with a complete technical infrastructure system at the Ha Nam campus.

- Reading Room for Postgraduate Students and Faculty: 30 seats
- Lecture Room: 100 seats
