In addition to using the University's shared facilities, the Faculty of Building Materials is equipped by the Board of Directors with its own offices and laboratories, fully equipped with modern equipment to meet the requirements of work and training at all levels, including: 1 Faculty Office, 4 Offices for specialized groups, and 2 Laboratories.
1. OFFICE OF THE DEPARTMENT OF BUILDING MATERIALS
Located in rooms 313 and 314, Building A1, Hanoi University of Civil Engineering, this office manages all activities of the Department of Building Materials and answers questions from students majoring in Building Materials.

2. PROFESSIONAL TEAM OFFICE
 The specialized group includes the Construction Materials Technology group located in room 501, building A1; the Materials group located in room 406, building A1; the Chemistry group located in room 513A1; and the Construction Materials Testing and Research group located on the first floor of the Hanoi University of Civil Engineering's Laboratory building, where the group's activities and academic work take place.

3. CHEMICAL LABORATORY AND BUILDING MATERIALS RESEARCH LABORATORY
The Chemistry Laboratory, part of the Chemistry specialization group, is located in room 601, Laboratory Building - Hanoi University of Civil Engineering. It serves as a place for practical work and experiments in chemistry in general, as well as specialized experiments related to chemistry.

 The Construction Materials Laboratory and Research Center is located on the first floor of the Laboratory Building at Hanoi University of Civil Engineering and on the first floor of Building C3 at Hanoi University of Science and Technology. This is where students learn practical skills and conduct professional internships. Here, they will learn about materials such as sand, stone, cement, concrete, and additives, become familiar with experimental work, and hone their skills in scientific research.
