CDIO is an advanced training model for higher education that originated at MIT (USA) in the early 2000s. CDIO (an acronym for Conceive; Design; Implement; Operate) is a solution to improve the quality of training to meet societal demands by defining learning outcomes to design curricula and training methods according to a scientific process.
